Natural Cycle IVF

Natural cycle IVF gives lower pregnancy rates than stimulated cycle IVF, because there are fewer healthy embryo (sometimes no embryos) to transfer.  Still, natural cycle IVF may be the best choice for a young woman (<35 years old) with tubal disease or endometriosis, and a poor response to gonadotropin stimulation.  Large data has been reported on natural cycle IVF by the Kato Clinic in Tokyo, and published in Fertility and Sterility, Vol. 107, pages 1232 - 1237 (2017).
